There's another chance

Friends. His friends will lie along the lines of big party go-ers and druggies. He doesn't do awful drugs, but he does smoke and drink alcohol. He smokes pot on occasions, but not all the time. He is a sweet boy, but doesn't show it to basically anyone. He was originally from Dublin, so he has a slight Irish accent, so that may attract some people to be his friend or something.

Try to learn a lesson but you can't

Good god, why can I picture this boy with many enemies? He's a smart-ass, brutally honest, and probably the biggest class clown in the world. He hates lying, so if someone asks him what he thinks of them, then he's not going to omit the bad parts about them. He is super sarcastic, it's like is native language or something. Perhaps enemies that take school seriously?

If we can burn a city in futures and in past

Well, he is in love with his best friend, Holly, and I'm planning on her being his final if someone is amazing enough to take her <3. However, he does party a lot, so maybe one night standers? Perhaps crushes or physical attractions until this whole plot of mine is played out with Holly and Chris.

These two could be friend but, I honestly have no idea how they would have met. Maybe at a concert or something or he was friends with one of Justin's friends before and they got close or whatever and since Justin is older than him maybe he could look up to him? I was also thinking these two could start a band then hold auditions. Thought that be a fun idea to roleplay out.

I could see them being in some sort of class when Justin was in high school, maybe like a music class or some type of class like that. Perhaps they began to talk when they had been paired up with a project? I could see Lucan needing that elder-bro figure since he's just got an older sister. He would need advice on Holly as well. so the main thing I'm thinking is drinking/party friends. maybe they have slept together like once when he was a junior or something and they were both like, "hey it was a fun night but let's not do it again unless we're hammered." type of thing and they bar hop together sometimes?

I could see minor conflict between them, but nothing major. I could see them butting heads in a class or something like that. They would probably be best being friends, but not enemies. Lucan would like her too much to be an enemy of hers.

Oh god. I could see him doing something like that. He'd feel awful about it the next day. And bar hopping sounds like a fun plan. Perhaps they could meet up at a bar with him using his fake ID or something. Lucan wouldn't want to sleep with her again, not because she's not pretty or anything, but probably wouldn't be the best thing when he's trying to get his best friend to like him or anything.
