``the boardwalk

Instead of walking down the beach in the sand, most prefer to walk down the boardwalk which stretches parallel to the beach for miles. The boardwalk branches off in several directions, and even has paths that lead right up to hotels. Several t-shirt and souvenir stores as well as snack joints are also found on the boardwalk. It connects to the beach as well, so all beach-related topics can be posted here.
